Consultation terms

1. What the free consultation is

The free consultation is a 15-minute conversation with Ohutu Toit's food safety specialist about food safety in your business, your self-monitoring plan and the requirements of the Estonian Agriculture and Food Board. The service is provided by Midevy OÜ (registry code 16976223).

The consultation takes place, at your choice, as a video call on Google Meet or as a phone call, in which we call the number you gave.

2. Duration and charges

The first 15 minutes of the consultation are free of charge. If the conversation runs longer at your wish, Midevy OÜ may invoice the additional time at 80 € per hour plus VAT. The invoice is sent by e-mail after the consultation.

Before the 15 minutes are up, we let you know that the free time is about to end, so you can decide whether to continue.

3. Booking

A consultation can be booked on ohututoit.ee for Monday to Friday, 10–12 and 13–16 Estonian time, at least 24 hours and at most 30 days ahead. No consultations take place on Estonian public holidays. One person may hold one upcoming booking at a time.

We confirm the booking by e-mail with a calendar invitation. For a video call the confirmation contains the Google Meet link; you may invite up to two colleagues to a video call by entering their names and, if you wish, e-mail addresses when booking.

We send a reminder 16 hours before the meeting.

4. Rescheduling and cancellation

You can reschedule or cancel through the link in your confirmation e-mail right up to the start of the consultation. A new time must meet the same conditions as the original booking.

If an unavoidable obstacle prevents us from meeting at the agreed time, we reschedule or cancel the booking and let you know by e-mail.

If you do not join the video call at the agreed time, or we cannot reach you by phone, the booking lapses. You can book a new time on the website.

5. Personal data

When you book, we collect your first and last name, e-mail address, phone number and consultation language, and, if you choose to give them, your company's name and registry code, the topic and the details of other participants. We use them to hold the consultation, to send the confirmation and the reminder, and to send a summary after the consultation.

We enter the meeting in our Google Calendar, which creates the Google Meet link for a video call; your name and e-mail address thereby reach Google. We delete the booking data 90 days after the consultation or its cancellation. Our privacy policy describes the processing in more detail.
